Notafa age group competition set

THE Negros Occidental Track and Field Association (Notafa) will hold its Notafa Age-Group Athletic competition on Saturday at the University of St. La Salle track oval.

The competition is in cooperation with the University of St. La Salle Share outreach program.

Competition will be staged in two divisions - elementary level for elementary students or out-of-school youth whose ages shall not be below eight years and not over 13 as of January 1, 2008; and secondary level for secondary students or out-of-school youth who are 18 years old and below as of January 1, 2008.

Participants are required to submit the original or photocopy of birth certificate issued by NSO for all levels and a registration fee of P500 per team will also be required.

The fees will be used to cover officiating and other expenses.

Deadline for submission of papers is on Saturday, August 23.

All entries must be submitted to the Notafa secretariat c/o Varsity Sports Office, University of St. La Salle. (HCV)
