Saturday, August 30, 2008 Latin dance sports contest at SM Bacolod
THE "Rising Stars," the Junior Latin dance sports competition, will have its grand finals on August 31, 5 p.m., at the Northwing Event Centre of SM City Bacolod.
In cooperation with the Ching Alcala Dance Fitness Studio, the contest has gathered seven pairs to compete during the finals.
They are Seinna Rose Oro and Michael Marquez of the Domingo Lacson National High School, Ma. Feliza Santillan and Jay Paul Mationg of Bacolod City National High School, Rachel Sun and Jeremiah Gazo of the Ramon Torres National High School in Bago City, Mary Kimberly Cagape and Jessmar Giganto of Murcia, Queen May Sendico and Phillip Lui Deocadiz of Talisay City, Shaira Hope Bocane and Elmar Dizon of Cadiz City, and Michelle Encarguez and John Mark Panoncillo of the Negros Occidental National High School.
The grand winner will receive P10,000 while the second and third placers will get P8,000 and P5,000 respectively.
