PMA Supt. Cup shootfest fires off October 18-20
THE Philippines Military Academy Shooters Club, Incorporated is inviting interested licensed shooters to the 5th PMA Superintendent's Club Practical Shooting competition on October 18 to 20 at the academy's shooting range.
This year's competition features eight stage - Philippine Practical Shooting Association-sanctioned course under level 2, with five division under 14 categories and a minimum of 142 rounds.
The categories include champions in the open lady, standard lady, open senior, standard senior, open junior, production junior, standard junior, single stack 1911, RO modified, and the RO production.
PMA Supt. BGen. Edilberto Adan, a shooting enthusiast himself, will also join the competition.
Registration fee are as follows : PPSA members P1,000; non-PPSA - P1,500; and AFP/PNP/LAWMEN - P700.
Trophies and awards are at stake for the top 5 finishers in the open, modified, production and standard division and the champion in the standard revolver, RO standard, and the AFP as well as the top 3 in the PNP/LAWMEN category and the champion in the super senior.

Meanwhile, civilians and men in uniform in the Cordilleras, particularly those residing in Baguio and Benguet, who have common interest in the sport of practical shooting and safe gun-handling, have bonded themselves to form the Baguio-Benguet Practical
Shooting Association (BBPSA).
