This was the reaction of Senior Supt. Paul Mascariñas, chief of the Kalinga Provincial Police Office, over reports that fugitive politician Corey Dickpus, the number one most wanted person in the Cordilleras, has no plans of surrendering even as top police and local officials are negotiating for his peaceful surrender.
