On March 19, Arroyo would confer the 282 PMA cadets, led by female cadet Andrelee Mojica of Indang Cavite, who topped the Maragtas Class of 2007.

After the graduation rites, Arroyo would proceed to the town of Kapangan for the inauguration of the newly-constructed municipal hall. She would also unveil the statue of former Governor Bado Dangwa, who had remarkable contributions to governance, business and the World War II veterans not only in Kapangan but the society as well.

The President is also expected to issue Certificates of Land Ownership Awards (CLOAs) to 45 beneficiaries of the Department of Agrarian Reform. She would likewise award equipment for the sericulture program of Kapangan, which is the town's One-Town-One-Product. This is under the Poverty Free Zone Program of the Department of Labor and Employment worth P1.05-million.

From Kapangan, Arroyo would grace La Trinidad's fiesta featuring the strawberry festival. She would also do the honor of slicing a replica of the largest strawberry shortcake, a Guinness World Record holder in 2004.

While at the capital town, the President would inaugurate the pre-processing plant worth P9-million at the La Trinidad Vegetable Trading Post where she would also send-off truckloads of vegetables for Capaz, Tarlac and Dole Asia. These are in support of the National Cold Chain Program of the super region to spur agri-business development.

Farmers would have the chance to interact with the President together with DA Secretary Arthur Yap. La Trinidad Mayor Nestor Fongwan would brief the President on the town's solid waste management facility in Barangay Alno, the first in Northern Luzon.

In the evening, the President would host a dinner for the Maragtas Class 2007 at the Mansion House.

On March 20, PGMA would meet with Roman Catholic religious leaders of the CICM.
