City Administrator Peter Fianza said despite the closure of Jadewell's office at Harrison Road, they have maintained security who reportedly collect parking and carwash fees.

Fianza said there is no way for the City Government to monitor how much was collected since January, reason why he would request the City Council to file an injunctive relief as well as a restraining order, which would restrain remaining personnel of the parking firm from collecting any fees.
The proposal would come right after the City Council resolves questions on their incumbency, which resulted to the cancellation of their regular session last Monday.
