In its report to Baguio Mayor Reinaldo Bautista Jr., the AVCTF recommended for the permanent closure of the second floor of the former Garden Theater, and if warranted, that charges should be filed against the building's owner for allowing the operation of a gambling joint there.
Seventy-six people were found at the site during the raid, and they were either identified as bystanders, players or owners of nearby sari-sari stores.
Confiscated in the raid were various gambling paraphernalia like monte and salisi tables, playing cards and colored chips.
Two bladed weapons and a caliber .38 revolver were also recovered at the site. (RO)
