93 media personalities, outfits feted in 1st Nanay Rosa Awards
By Ernie N. Olson Jr.

NINETY-THREE former and contemporary media personalities and outfits were recognized for their contributions to the community as members of the Fourth Estate during the 1st Nanay Rosa Journalism Awards sponsored by the FRB Foundation at the University of Baguio (UB) Thursday evening.

Timed to coincide with the 100th birth anniversary of Nanay Rosa Bautista, who was described as "the guiding spirit behind the little giant" Tatay Fernando Bautista Sr., when they established and built Baguio Tech (now UB) a little over 59 years ago, the awards program was a tribute to her life and rich experience as an educator.
