SLU Boys High sets alumni homecoming

ALL graduates belonging to the different batches of Saint Louis University Laboratory High School or SLU Boys High are invited to join the alumni homecoming on November 3.

This was announced on Monday by SLUBHS Alumni Foundation president Fernando Lacsamana, through Henry Tenedero, SLUBHS Alumni Foundation vice president and concurrent 2007 homecoming coordinator.

"If you know someone, a relative, a friend or an acquaintance who may be a graduate of SLU Boys High, kindly pass on this new development which is open to all alumni members," Tenedero said.

With the theme, "Towards 2009: From Routes to Roots," Tenedero explained that "after another year has come and gone since we set out to trace our high school roots and ventured to expand our routes towards leadership competence via the Roots to Routes Strategic Leadership Planning Seminar last year, this 2007, we reverse the theme by taking the different routes to head back to our roots, as all roads lead the Boys High Alumni back home."

"We once again focus on the reasons behind the Louisian spirit and the concept of Louisian leadership, this time around setting our sights towards 2009 and the Baguio centennial anniversary.

Indeed, the time has come to celebrate a life well spent by paying forward to the Baguio community our time, our talent and our resources, Tenedero added.
