BCPO station 1 Police Chief Santos Sumingwa Jr. said Roque was arrested by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Clarita Casuga-Tabin for a case of theft docketed under Criminal Case 120611.

He said the arrest was made along Tacay Road at 4 p.m. of December 13.

BCPO station 4 Police Chief Joey Calamiong also disclosed that his personnel arrested Tiqua by virtue of a warrant issued by Judge Iluminada Cabato of the city Regional Trial Court (RTC) Branch 59 on a charge for Tiqua's alleged violation of Republic Act (RA) 9262 docketed under Criminal Case 27741-R.

The said suspect was arrested along Loakan Road at 8:30 a.m. of December 19.

BCPO station 7 Police Chief Engelbert Soriano meantime said Lee was apprehended on the strength of another warrant issued by Judge Tabin on a malicious mischief charge docketed under Criminal Case 120815.

Police Arlan Dumaguing and Cesar Mallong of BCPO Station 7 caught Lee at 12:45 p.m. of December 17 along T. Alonzo Street.

Since Lee was able to post bond in the amount of P2,000, she was not detained in the Baguio City Jail along with Roque and Tiqua.
