Baguio City Police Chief Moises Guevarra identified the victim as Rustom Jurada Komok-ang, 20, a fourth year college student, who boarded at 64 Happy Homes, Old Lucban.
The victim committed suicide between 9:15 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. Wednesday.
Komok-ang arrived home with his girlfriend at 5:30 a.m. that same morning.
But when the victim's elder brother arrived home from his duty as a security guard in the evening, he discovered the body of the victim hanging with a nylon cord tied around his neck.
