A VISITOR from Pangasinan was arrested and locked up in jail after he was caught in possession of shabu upon arrival at a bus terminal in Baguio, a police official said.
Baguio Police Chief Moises Guevarra identified the suspect as Alfredo Tacadena Baybayan, 53, a resident of Urdaneta City, Pangasinan.

The suspect was found to be in possession of the dangerous drug by Baguio policemen led by Chief Inspector Paul John Mencio at the Victory Liner bus terminal along Utility Road, Macoville last March 13.
After his arrest, the suspect was charged with violation of Article 2, Section 11 of Republic Act (RA) 9165 or the Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Law.
