Molina earlier apologized as some members of the group were reported to have harassed civilians and some employees of the City Social Welfare and Development Office.
"I thank him for being considerate," Bautista said.
However, he stressed that other than the Philippine National Police (PNP) and the Armed Forces of Philippines (AFP), no armed group is recognized in Baguio City.
Molina, in a statement made during the peace and order assembly in Bangued, Abra, said those reported to have harassed some residents may not be their group members but were only using the CPLA's name.
After receiving reports that harassment continues especially in barangays where there are land disputes, Mayor Bautista said the matter has been personally referred to General Eugene Martin, director of the Police Regional Office in the Cordillera.
"They are unwanted here. We will not tolerate them," Bautista declared. (RO)
