THE local government of Tuba granted a private plan to develop about 19,322 square meters of lot in the municipality.
With 26 saleable residential lots, the Realeza Scenic View Point and Log Cabin Homes was given a development permit for a townhouse subdivision plan in Barangay Taloy Sur.
In granting permit to the developer, the Municipal Council said the firm obtained the required documents for it to push through its project.
Barangay officials of Taloy Sur endorsed the company's project and supported the firm's water permit application over a creek.
The Realeza Scenic View Point is a project by the Alpha PCM Incorporated. The company also obtained an Environmental Compliance Certificate clearance from the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) and a Department of Agrarian Reform (DAR) order approving the conversion of the subdivision from agricultural to residential use.
