THE brother of former governor Antonio Calingin along with several other loyalists are now facing criminal charges of theft for carting away properties belonging to the Provincial Government.
Provincial Attorney Cancio Nicanor Guibone said the province has now filed Monday with the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor a criminal case for theft against Mateo "Tyok" Calingin, who is the brother of the former governor George Namoc, and four other unknown laborers.
