Chicken Inasal Grill House opens in Oro By Joey P. Nacalaban
WHEN in Cagayan de Oro, don't forget to dine with your friends and loved ones to the newly opened grillstore.
If your tastes cover native foods Chicken Inasal Grill House is the outlet for you.
It was formally opened last Saturday with Councilor Jose Benjamin Benaldo formally cutting the ribbon who was aided by his mom Almira Benaldo and the outlet's owner Luis Ponce De Leon.
It is strategically located at Juan Luna extension occupying a 600 square meter lot with enough parking lot all for the convenience of would-be customers.
The edifice is made up totally of coco lumber with an asphalt-single roofing. It is currently managed by de Leon's nephew-in-law, Johnjhon Llarasan.
Llarasan said in order to be sure that their specialty is properly cooked, four cooks were hired from Negros. Seven waiters are also on hand to attend to the customers' needs.
Chicken Inasal Grill House will serve Cagayanons Bacolod's best, the "manok inasal" on very affordable prices. One could always savor the grilled chicken as it is soaked overnight with spices.
One could also enjoy their grilled chicken baticolon, chicken lever and sugpo (prawns). They are also serving sea foods, beef, chicken noodles, vegetables, among others.
And for a relaxing moment with friends, you can also request beverages and drinks.
