BAP elims on Jan. 29
THE Basketball Association of the Philippines' inter-school cagefest here had been reset to start from Jan. 24 to Jan. 29.
This was learned from Liceo coach Boyet Noble who expressed crippled confidence about his team's chances to regain lost ground in the tertiary division.
"Duha ra ang beterano (referring to Mercado and Aquino) nga nabilin sa among linya so, mora'g slim among tsansa karong tuiga," Noble told Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro.
Newly refurbished Xavier University gym will be the venue of the annual BAP eliminations, which expect strong entries from Cagayan de Oro College and Xavier University in both high school and college divisions.
