Metrobank-CDO branch joins Billionaire's Club
* Awards are given to exceptional overall performance
* Carmen branch was also Metrobank's Cash Rush awardee
THE Metrobank Cagayan de Oro main branch headed by Emmanuel C. Barrera, Manager and Area Coordinator, received a special recognition as a member of the prestigious Billionaire's Circle--a distinction awarded to branches that reached and surpassed a billion pesos in total deposits.
The achievement was the fruit of the coordinated marketing efforts mobilized by Mr. Barrera and vice president Rogelio T. Uy, Area Supervisor for Northern Mindanao, in their perpetual race to excel in conquering all challenges and accomplishing more.
Top Metrobank branches and managers received awards for excellence in branch operations at the National Branch Managers Convention last February 18 and 19, 2005 at the Le Pavillion, Metropolitan Park in Pasay City.
Hailed as the bank's version of the Oscars, the awards are given to branches and managers in recognition of their exceptional overall performance.
At the convention, a citation was also given to Cagayan de Oro-Carmen Branch as an awardee of Metrobank's Cash Rush--a bank-wide race for deposit growth.
At the helm of said branch is Mr. Danilo B. Tan. And a special recognition for Rookie Branch was also given to Butuan-Montilla Branch led by Branch Head Joselito Pasague for exemplary performance during its rookie year.
The Office of the Area Supervisor and the other support units of the Northern Mindanao Area are based on the 2nd floor of the branch building.
