PUTTING an end to various speculations on his political plans, Mayor Vicente Emano said he is not running for vice mayor in the next elections as widely anticipated by the opposition.

The mayor, who is serving his last term in Cagayan de Oro, earlier ruled out plans for the gubernatorial seat in Misamis Oriental.
