THE Provincial Board (PB) of Misamis Oriental voiced alarm at how another RTMI bus was held up at the same dark uphill area in Naawan, Misamis Oriental, saying it is now fast becoming known as the favorite area for either bus heists or dumpsite for murdered corpse.
"There are really several bad incidents that occurred in that place. I think the bus incident last night was the fifth one," PB member Pepito Gambe said Monday.
