Military official proves Arroyo is fake president

A LOCAL militant group here believes that statement of Brigadier General Francisco Gudani bared that indeed President Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo cheated her way to power and must resign immediately.
Bayan Muna Region X regional coordinator Nero Vallar said the latest testimony of Gudani and his companion Lieutenant Colonel Alex Balutan revealed the fact that Arroyo is a fake president.
Vallar said in a statement to Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro that it is an "unambiguous and corroborative of all previous expose concerning the inscrutability of Hello Garci Tape".
"Such revelation gradually unmasked how Arroyo maneuvered and uses all government resources including its armed agents, the AFP/PNP and dubiously won the last election," said Vallar.
"Therefore, Arroyo should now consider the resignation as legal option before the people will bodily and physically removed him in Malacañang," added Vallar.
Consequently, Vallar said Arroyo in her obsession promulgated Executive Order 464 banning all government agency officials to testify before any inquiry without her permission.
Vallar said the order indicates that she is "anxious that there will be an exodus of witnesses and further uncovers all her pretenses."
For this group, the executive order is not simply an act of war declaration against the legislative branch but also an indication that Malacañang is trying to isolate the legislative branch just as like the era of former dictatorship that control all powers under the chief executive.
Vallar said, "Let us also remember that Arroyo is reviving the fascist undemocratic marcosian-draconian tactics like the Proclamation 880 the 'no permit no rally policy' including political witch-hunting against her legitimate dissenters".
"This scenario is a grand design of Arroyo and her cohorts to either open or discreetly taking the path of martial rule," Vallar added.
Vallar said this is obvious, "while she touted about responsible democracy, yet she implemented fascism as her pure and simple obsession of power in Malacañang".
"Even if she would infringe the line of co-equal power of the two branches of government (executive and legislative) and curtailing all constitutional guarantees, just to ensure that she will stay in power," Vallar said.
"In this regard the militant block including all anti-Arroyo forces will resolutely intensify mass protest to a people power in order to remove the pseudo-puppet and anti-people regime of Arroyo in power," he added.
