Agusan inmates hold noise barrage, fast

BUTUAN CITY -- More than 200 inmates in the Agusan del Norte Provincial Jail located near Barangay Ambago here continued the "noise barrage" they started last Sunday and complemented it with a hunger strike Monday morning.

The inmates demanded the ouster of OIC Provincial Jail Warden Nicomedes Leody and three other jail officials for alleged mismanagement of the jail.
