YES pre-Halloween 'Das-das sa Gusa & Palugaw' in Barra
By Apple Pie

THERE'S really no stopping now for the city's most listened station, YES FM 104.7, "Naglanog-lanog grabe na gyud!", as it visited Barra, Opol in Misamis Oriental where the latest Das-Das sa Barangay and Palugaw were made last October 29 this year.

The people gave an unexpectedly warm welcome and support to the YES team. Everybody was amused with the mini presentation of local rappers and with excitement they participated the games.

The prizes prepared brought big smiles on their faces, while waiting for the delicious "lugaw" to be served.

After that great afternoon, the YES team immediately headed to Gusa for Das-das disco party due to insistent public demand of the people. It was a full-up pre-Halloween party with the usual games and performances of Sintonados and Mikropono ni Simo.

All these activities were made possible by the generous sponsors; JRJ Deep Fried Chicken, Negros Navigation, Pau d' Arco, Del Monte Philippines, Allerin AH and Bambini. A million thanks to the sponsors.

This proves that YES FM is truly invincible because what separates them from other station is that they not only entertain and provide music within the four walls of the booth via the transmitter but by actual reaching out to the listeners. The YES team, though being tagged as the "lugaw" station, still symbolizes true friendship and real service besides giving entertainment to the people of Cagayan de Oro. (Press release)
