The gunfires believed to have coming from .45 pistols were heard after the two victims shouted for help. The police found empty shells of .45 cal. pistols from the crime scene.

Senior Inspector Jaime Espina, chief of police of the Western Police Precinct said a kangkong gatherer discovered the lifeless bodies of the two victims early morning today.

The first victim is long-haired, fair-skinned, believed to be between 17 to 21 years old, wearing denim shorts and stands at least 5'4" in height.

The other one stands 5'4" in height, fair-skinned, short hair, wearing violet pedal, white sweatshirt and T-shirt at least 5'3" in height.

Both bore gunshot wounds and bathed with their own pool of blood when members of Soco or Scene of the Crime police operatives retrieved the bodies of the victims at the crime scene.

Police said the victims were tortured before they were executed. They are still investigating the incident.

Socio civic groups here expressed alarm over the continuing proliferation of illegal drug rings victimizing mostly schoolchildren in the different schools in the city.

Religious groups have also expressed concern over the proliferation of youth gangs in this city and the lack of government attention to the growing number of so-called "rugby kids" roaming the city streets in this region's capital.
