THE regional office of the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) in Northern Mindanao is studying drugs, carnapping, kidnapping for ransom, and other angles on the death of two Capitol employees in Misamis Oriental.
NBI regional director Virgilio Mendez has discounted the possibility of kidnap for ransom as the motive behind the deaths of Manuel Natindim and Marlon Roa, both from Balingasag town in Misamis Oriental.
