CAGAYAN de Oro will soon open its doors to lots of opportunities for nursing graduates and those planning to take up nursing courses, to land better paying jobs in the US at minimal schooling expenses.
The e Academy is offering a 24-month ladderized Applied Science in Nursing or Applied Science in Nursing course leading to Registered Nurse.
It is a US-based curriculum developed with California Paramedical and Technical School in 2003 and the Western Nevada community College in 2004.
"e Academy offers a trimester or an American Modular program to their students with an average of P195,000 for a two-year Associate Degree in Nursing payable in six terms while the 16-month Practical and Vocational Nursing Course costs P165,000 and payable in four terms," e Academy President Jorge N. Marques said during a press conference held at the COPC boardroom recently.
Graduates from the e Academy are required to take Technical Education Skills Development Authority (Tesda) Competency Examination to earn a Certificate of Competency (COC) from Tesda.
