Monday, December 04, 2006 RCBC's N. Mindanao auction sells 59% ROPOA
RIZAL Commercial Banking Corporation (RCBC) recently managed to dispose 24 out of a total of 41 ROPOA portfolios put up for auction at the Dynasty Court Hotel in Cagayan de Oro City.
The auction showcased properties located in Cagayan de Oro, Valencia, Butuan, Tandag, Ozamis and Pagadian.
RCBC expressed satisfaction at the favorable results of the auction, which was managed by a homegrown consultancy firm, RAI Realty Services, Inc. (RAIRSI).
"The group has sold more properties than we expected and they have achieved the most number of properties awarded in terms of percentage to inventory which is the highest so far in the auctions conducted by RCBC," said RCBC's Channel Manager, Audie de Leon.
On it's first engagement with the universal bank, RAIRSI Managing Associate Bong Gorospe said, "With the positive result of our auction, we are hopeful that RCBC will be extending our service appointment. Set for the first quarter of next year is another RCBC auction covering Southern Mindanao properties."
