The merger of the two news bureaus will lead to the strengthened news coverage in the cities of Cagayan de Oro and Iligan as well as the provinces of Misamis Oriental, Misamis Occidental, Lanao del Norte, Lanao del Sur, Bukidnon and Camiguin and some parts of Zamboanga del Norte and Zambonga del Sur.

The integrated TV Patrol-Northern Mindanao or TVPNM will now be anchored by the tandem of veteran journalists Alden Bacal and Conchita May Tanate.

CDO reporters Lorenzo Luzon, Shiela Joy Labrador, Maricel Butardo together with Iligan Senior Reporter Ronnie Enderes and Reporter Roxanne Arevalo join forces to deliver the latest events and happenings with the Butuan News group continuing to contribute stories from the Caraga Region.

Providing leadership and supervision to TVPNM are Area Manager Alexander T. Martinez, News Chief Ad Roel Alcober and Desk Mylene Sison.

Expected to grace this significant gathering are ABS-CBN Regional Netwrok Group Vice President Rolando Valdueza, Mindanao Cluster Head Louis Benedict Bennett, RNG News head Stanley Palisada, chief executives of local government units, heads of government and private agencies, and representatives from the media, civil, and business sectors.

With the integration program, the ABS-CBN Northern Mindanao News and Current Affairs Group hopes to deliver faster and more exclusive reportage of daily and breaking news not only to the people of Northern Mindanao but also to the rest of the country and the world in general, in the continued service of the Filipino people.
