Saturday, March 10, 2007 Ballclubs prexy urges unity in cage tilts By Lynde Salgados
UNITY within the group and more activities are the primary concerns being raised by James Abucejo, newly elected president of the most popular ballclub here--the decade-old long Ballpals Incorporated.
Abucejo, who formally took the cudgel from outgoing president Cris "Johnny A" Yurong, said Thursday at the Ballpals near the Palaro Center that his leadership will be useless if they are not united.
Also unanimously elected to work hand in hand with Abucejo were Chico Maravilla, vice president; Orlando Quicoy, secretary; Ferdie Roa, treasurer; Carlo Tolomia, auditor; Jojo Udasco, internal P.R.O. and Froberto "Berting" Yecyec, external P.R.O.
Abucejo is contemplating to host a get-together party for the surviving Ballpals at a still undisclosed place.
