FINDING the 246 extra ballot boxes deposited at the City Finance Office "too many," Cagayan de Oro City Commission on Elections (Comelec) Registrar Stalin Baguio has sought clarification from the city treasurer.
Baguio was acting on the complaints of the local slate of the Genuine Opposition (GO), which suspected the presence of excess ballots as part of the administration's plan to rig the May elections.
