TO GIVE way for rigged Certificates of Canvass (COCs) to be counted, the National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) was hurriedly pulled out from the controversial Lanao del Sur canvassing, an official of the National Movement for Free Elections (Namfrel) alleged.
