Kumbira 2007 slated on August 16-18

THE country's most sought after culinary festival, Kumbira, will stage its annual activity on August 16 to 18 at The Atrium of Limketkai Mall.

Anchored on the theme "Weaving Flavours and Colours of Northern Mindanao," the festival will feature various food and beverages competition, cooking demonstrations by experts in the food industry, and trade exhibits on hotel and restaurant equipments, supplies and services.

On its 11th year now, the Cagayan de Oro Hotel & Restaurant Association (Cohara) organizes the various competitions, which include:
