TWO houses got burned down while one was partially damaged in a blaze that razed a portion of the relocation site in Block 58, Xavier Heights Subdivision in Upper Carmen, this city at past 5 a.m. Monday.
According to City Fire Marshal Oscar Abecia, the fire started at the master bedroom of Pablo Nayve, which then spread to the neighboring houses of Ciriaco Radoc and Lorena Ubalde.
