LICEO de Cagayan University will be in full regalia Friday when Dr. Mariano M. Lerin officially assumes office as the university's third president in installation and investiture rites at Rodelsa Hall at the main campus.

"The third President of Liceo is expected to lead the University to scale even greater heights in carrying out her vision to provide total human formation to the youth in an increasingly competitive academic environment in the global context, yet strengthen her institutional culture and identity that has given her the distinction of being one of the most respected higher educational institutions in this part of the country," said Dr. Rafaelita Pelaez-Golez, outgoing university president who decided to focus on being chairman of the board.
