In a radio interview, Lagonglong municipal police precinct chief Silverio Espiritu identified the victim as Johnny Aboc Remonde, a Cafgu member whose unit was assigned under the 23rd Infantry Battalion in Barangay Umagos, Lagonglong town in Misamis Oriental.
