IT'S Christmas once again. How time flies!
Now, everyone is busy looking for gifts to give to their love ones. Malls, stores, shops and tiangges are buzzling with people. Everyone is in a frenzy.
With so many items to choose from and with so many available gift-giving items in the market today, one gets so confuse as to what to buy.
But what I have observed through the years, everyone is getting more "obsessed" with giving food items. Be it a small plain chiffon cake or a rich chocolate torte or brownies or cookies, the choices are endless!
I have a lot of students and friends who are now engaged in the baking industry and I am very happy for them. Aside from enjoying their craft, they also get to make extra income!
But for those who don't have the time to bake & decorate their own "edible gifts," Pots & Pans Home Bake & Coffee Shop offer custom-made baked products.
Sellable items during this time of year include our delicious Enzaymadas (Cheese, Ube, Ham and Cheese and chocolate are our best sellers), Asado Rolls,
Baked Siopao, Creme Puff, Apple Walnut Loaf and Carrot-Raisins Loaf (in-lieu of the Traditional Fruit Cake), Chocolate Chips Cookies, Oatmeal Raisins Cookies, Swiss Rolls, Ham and Cheese Loaf, Mini-Black Forest Cake, Mini Chocolate Moist Cake, Assorted Cake Rolls, Chocolate and Strawberry Crinkles, Pastel de Pots and many, many others.
Recently, new lines of Brownies and Bars (Almond Brittle Brownie, Marshmallow Brownies, Rocky Road Bars, Mississippi Mud Bars, Mocha-Orange Brownies, Vanilla Brownies, etc.) and Muffins (Swedish Rhum, Walnut Brownie, Carrot-Pineapple, Blueberry, Tunnel of Fudge, etc.) were introduced to the market in time for the Yuletide Season.
Aside from the above-mentioned goodies, Pots and Pans Home Bake & Coffee Shop accept special orders for Breads, Cakes & Pastries for the Christmas Season. But to avoid the rush, orders should be placed at least 3 days earlier. However, there are also ready-made items for sale at the shop.
And for the Cake Bakers & Enthusiasts, we also offer Culinary Classes anytime of the year as long as there are at least 3 students per session. Maximum enrollees for each class, is between eight to ten.
Culinary classes are done this way to ensure effectiveness in the transfer of technology to the participants and that they can duplicate what they have learned in class when they get home.
Some of the most requested classes are Basic Cake Baking (P750), Basic Cake Decorating (for only P1,500!), Bread Baking (P750), Pasta, Pasta (850), Chinese Dimsum (P850) and Chicken Festival (P850)
