American lifestyle to be introduced in downtown CDO

IN LINE with its expansion program in 2008, Vista Land & Lifescapes Inc, the largest homebuilder in the Philippines today, is allotting almost P10 billion for its target of 30 new projects in the provinces.

It aims to increase its geographical coverage to at least 20 cities and municipalities by the end of the year. With this expansion program, Vista Land further strengthened its position as the no. 1 developer with the widest geographical reach with 84 projects in its portfolio covering 1,167 hectares under development in 33 cities and municipalities across the nation.

Post here your Valentine's Day greetings

This very aggressive stance of Vista Land will be spearheaded by its subsidiary, Communities Philippines Inc., the expert in converting the countryside into a landscape of sought-after enclaves and is the first Manila-based developer to expand operations in key cities across the country. It boast of its 21 master-planned, themed developments in Bulacan, Pangasinan, Pampanga, Batangas, Naga, Cebu, Iloilo, Leyte, Cagayan de Oro and Davao. Plans are underway for residential projects in Ilocos Norte, Bacolod and General Santos City.

Here in Cagayan de Oro City, Communities Philippines Inc., boast of its premiere development, Gran Europa, the largest residential development in the City with over 1,200 households in its six enclaves namely Frontiera, Montana Vista, Portico, La Mirande, Gardens of Portico and La Buena.

It pioneered in realizing the convenience of residing in uptown area when there were no commercial developments yet. Today, Gran Europa has become a landmark real estate development in CDO with preferred clients enjoying the comforts of their stylish homes while savoring the European-inspired environment with it grandiose gate, lush landscape, rolling terrains, fresh mountain breeze, scenic mountain view and majestic sunset. Plans are underway this year for the construction of a commercial center and community church making it a complete community, a City within a City in uptown CDO.

In response to the market's demand for Communities Philippines to develop a project equally beautiful as Gran Europa in downtown Cagayan, it will be launching its newest project in Kauswagan early next month.

This will be a shift from the flashy and grandiose European lifestyle that Gran Europa has introduced to a simpler but "feel good" American style of living. It will be a seven-hectare development inspired by the rich architectural heritage of Southern California conceived to bring affordable living spaces to more luxurious settings.

The new project will be master-planned to offer families' choices that fit the way they would want to live: from single-detached 2-story homes to rows of duettos and townhouses with pocket gardens and courtyards at every bit and enhance the overall streetscape.

Safety and security will definitely be of utmost priority in this gated community as it will be entirely fenced and with 24-hour security team. It will also be managed by a professional property manager who will ensure that the facilities and the security are in excellent form, the gardens and lush landscape well-maintained and the community in harmony with each other, resulting in an overall appreciation of the residents' real estate investment.

This new project will surely be a big hit as this is strategically located on prime land about 3 kms from the center of the city. Exclusive yet very near life's conveniences: shopping centers, malls, schools, churches, hospitals, banks and all other establishments that offer comforts in life.
