He also felt happy that his fans are still there and supporting him in his endeavor.
"The very purpose of this visit is to get some exposures to the provinces and to promote the SM Malls to the consumers in order for them to patronize the mall and its products", the actor said. This is also part of his commitment in giving back to the fans who put him in his present position what they had given to him.
In a press conference at SM Cagayan de Oro conference room, he shared to the press people the reasons why he went back to the Philippines.
According to him, the prime reason why he went back to the country is to see his sick father, second is to see everyone who wants to see him and give them what they want him to do.
As requested by his fans, Gabby will continue his luck in being an actor here in the Philippines because according to him, "I am an actor and I will always be an actor."
He added that he missed the things he is doing before he left for the US.
Thus, he is appealing to his fans to support his upcoming teleserye in ABS-CBN entitled "Iisa ka lamang" that will be witnessed by the people this coming May 14 with Claudine Barreto as her leading lady and other shows in the kapamilya Network.
He added that he was not the one who chose Claudine to be his partner in this teleserye but the fans requested it.
He also assures the people of Cagayan de Oro that he will be coming back in the city in the next four months to have a concert.
