(Contributed photo) PRESIDENT Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo's satisfaction rating fell to a record low, making it the least popular administration since Presidents Cory Aquino, Fidel Ramos, and Joseph Estrada, according to a new survey released by the Social Weather Stations (SWS). The survey made between June 27 to 30, said that Arroyo suffered a record-low--negative 21--satisfaction rating and has been declining for 3 consecutive quarters since September 2007, when it was a neutral +9.
