KAUSWAGAN, Lanao del Norte -- An Army general said troops have found the bodies of 25 civilians when government forces regained control of the towns of Kauswagan and Kolambugan Monday noon.
Most of the civilians who died in Monday's clash were from the villages of Kauswagan town, where Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF) rebels tried to seize Monday morning, said Brigadier General Antonio Supnet, chief of the Army 104th Brigade.
