Malferrari oversees the three outlets of Bo's Coffee in Cagayan de Oro - at Rosario Strip in Limketkai's East Side, at the nearby Big R and at Velez-Hayes.

Aside from both hot and cold coffee beverages, Bo's Coffee now serves breakfast in all those three outlets with diverse variants to choose from - pancakes, waffles, French toast with cuts of bacon/ham, eggs and coffee, sausage breakfast and mushrooms and cheese omelet.

Bo's Coffee Rosario Strip closes at 2 a.m. while the Velez-Hayes outlet locks down at 1 a.m. during weekends and at midnight on weekdays to accommodate partyers who while the night away in adjoining bars.

Bo's Coffee prides itself as the only coffeeshop chain in Cagayan de Oro that uses freshly brewed/roasted coffee with a shelf life of only two months.

Malferrari said other coffeeshops use imported coffee beans with a shelf life of six months.

Other hot variants available at Bo's Coffee are froccino Oreo and white chocolate mocha.

Customers may also order decaffeinated coffee in most variants.

While inside the venue, customers enjoy the sounds of Latin and bossa nova music. An additional feature is offered at Rosario Strip - WiFi access.

Bo's Coffee Rosario Strip, Big R and Velez-Hayes are owned by Big Taste Food Corporation. (Press release)
