Small Works art exhibit on display at VIP Hotel
A JOINT painting exhibit by two Cagayan de Oro-based artists aptly entitled Small Works is currently on display at the lobby of VIP Hotel.
All art enthusiasts in the city and neighboring areas are encouraged to visit and choose any of the paintings available which can be fetched from P1,200 to P8,000.
Collographs are worth P1,200, acrylic on board at P2,500, acrylic on canvas at P5,000 and watercolor on paper at P8,000.
Errol Balcos's works are the following: Centennial Flower, Empty But Full, The Role of Art, Burning Industries, Lotus, Afternoon at Manresa, Nesting Dreams, King of Pain 2, Journey's Textures and Cells Journey.
Nick Aca's works are Dwelling 2, Dwelling 3, Alone 4 and Alone 5.
Another art exhibit in time for the city fiesta was also held at SM City Cagayan de Oro - the Dekada+2 Art Exhibit. It was organized by the Oro Arts Guild. (Mark D. Francisco)
