LOCAL traffic czar Filipino Amoguis has resigned from his post as administrator of Roads and Traffic Administration (RTA).

Amoguis tendered his resignation to Mayor Constantino Jaraula last October 17, according to documents obtained by Sun.Star Cagayan de Oro.
