Essence Privilege Card forges partnership with Trans-Asia

Essence Privilege Card and Trans-Asia Shipping Lines Inc. recently teamed up to give passengers a price slash upon purchasing a ticket.

Trans-Asia said when buying a ticket at its participating outlets, one must present his Essence privilege card along with a valid ID to get a five percent discount.

The shipping company, however, clarified that the discount cannot be applied in conjunction with other slashes, like government-mandated discounts. The “whichever is higher” rule applies, it added.

Trans-Asia’s participating outlets are the Cebu main office, SM City-Cebu, and the Iloilo, Cagayan and Ozamis provincial main offices.

The firm serves the major ports of Cebu, Cagayan, Iloilo, Ozamis, Surigao, Maasin, Masbate, Sogod, Tagbilaran and Roxas in the Visayas, and Mindanao.

For more details and information regarding Essence card, one may call Trans-Asia at 254-6491 to 98 or 255-7989.
