Lots for sale in Liloan By Jessica B. Natad
A MIDDLE-END subdivision located in Liloan, Cebu still has 30 available lots open to the public.
According to Legacy Homes Inc. (LHI) accounting official Loreen Arcenas, the company offers in-house financing at 18 percent for five years aside from bank financing and Pag-ibig Fund financing for the purchase of the lots at Prima Vera Subdivision.
The lots, which costs P3,120 per square meter, are cut at 120 square meters each, she said.
Arcenas said 30 lot owners have already constructed and lived in their houses in the subdivision.
LHI is offering lots only to its clients at Prima Vera, which was launched in 1994 yet.
Arcenas said LHI’s 30 percent down payment is payable for six months. The company also requires P6,000 as reservation fee.
LHI is the developer of Buenavista Homes, a socialized housing project in Consolacion.
Arcenas said the real estate developer is now conducting feasibility studies for its upcoming residential projects.
