Julie’s Bakeshop holds blood-letting program

Julie’s Franchise Corp. (JFC) recently held a blood-letting activity at the St. Jerome Bible Center in Mabolo.

The activity was participated in by all Julie’s Group of Companies (JGC) employes and all Julie’s Bakeshop branches in Cebu province.

Eastern Visayas regional blood coordinator Sheryl Fuentes was the activity’s resource speaker. JFC has coordinated with Bukas Loob sa Diyos (BLD) Rotarians who are involved in the Rotary Blood Donor’s program and the Philippine National Red Cross Central-Eastern Visayas Regional Office to launch the JGC Blood Bank Program.

JFC said the program aims to develop awareness among JGC employes that blood-giving is a kind of apostolate and a healthy practice as it keeps one look younger.

The program will soon be implemented throughout the whole Julie’s bakeshop network, JFC announced.
