Alliance Software launches new system to automate restos

ALLIANCE Software Inc. will launch tomorrow its new and sophisticated version of the Fine Dine System, according to a statement.

Called the Access Portfolio Fine Dine System, the new Fine Dine system is a product of a year’s research and development work on the unique fine-dining food industry in the Philippines.

It is unique in the market as it encompasses the usual cashiering functionalities available in most cash registers and current food and beverage systems in the market. Designed for the Philippine market, it has a three-in-one feature tracking dine-in, pick-up and delivery transactions.

Aside from the cashiering features, Access Portfolio Fine Dine System has three key functionalities.

Room layout

One, it allows an automated table management system. This allows restaurant operators to easily point out which tables are open, occupied, reserved, and/or joined. The unique user interface design allows a virtual copy of the physical layout of the restaurant. The system’s touch screen design makes the system aesthetically appealing and user-friendly.

Two, a new inventory “kitting” system helps restaurant operators automate their inventory management down to each ingredient. The inventory “kitting” system also allows restaurants operators to effectively manage “combo” meals, which are quite a hit among restaurants these days.

Third, the Access Portfolio Fine Dine System incorporates the popular and reliable Frequent Shopper Program (FSP) module developed also by Alliance Software Inc. The FSP module allows owners to initiate a truly automated customer loyalty program that tracks down client information such as client birthdays, frequency of visit to outlet, and amount of purchase of customer per visit.

Optional

Also available are optional applications that can be connected, like the Reservation System, Kitchen Control System, Remote Devise Management System, Access Portfolio Financial/Accounting System and Access Portfolio HQ System (for management of multiple locations).

Overall, the new Access Portfolio Fine Dine System is designed to give restaurant owners a cost effective way of automating their restaurant operations, reduce, if not, eliminate inventory pilferage, rationalize their use of manpower in their outlets, and keep a more proactive relationship with clients.

Alliance Software Inc. (www.alliance.com.ph), the developers of this new system, is a 100-percent Filipino- owned Cebu-based software company.

Established in 2000, it is one of the few software firms backed by a 50-full-time-engineer-strong organization.

The Access Portfolio Fine Dine System is part of the Access Portfolio packaged solutions designed and developed by Alliance Software Inc. Other packaged solutions include the Access Portfolio (AP) POS System, AP Financial/Accounting and Distribution System, and AP Payroll System. Alliance Software Inc. has offices in Cebu City and Metro Manila to ensure customer support and after-sales service.
