TWIN moves by the Supreme Court and Congress yesterday delayed the impeachment trial of Chief Justice Hilario Davide Jr.
Congress adjourned for lack of quorum and went into recess four days early, giving President Arroyo and House Speaker Jose de Venecia two weeks to solve a problem that could plunge the country into a constitutional crisis.
