OFFERS of higher government positions for the Martinez couple did not prevent the group of Agriculture Undersecretary Celestino “Junie” Martinez Jr. from questioning the proposed tandem of Vice Gov. John-john Osmeña and Bogo Mayor Celestino “Tining Martinez III for Capitol’s top posts.

The proposal was reportedly made official to President Arroyo by Presidential Assistant for the Visayas Felix Guanzon, who went to Malacañang last Tuesday.
