Ayala Land promotes Manila properties to Cebuanos By Jessica B. Natad
AYALA Land Inc. (ALI) is promoting in Cebu one of its property developments, residential condominium Bonifacio Ridge.
Marlon Dennis Loyola, sales manager of Ayala Land Sales Inc., the wholly owned marketing arm of ALI, said the high-end development is located in the Bonifacio Global City, which is envisioned to be the most modern and fully master-planned business district in the country.
“Bonifacio Global City will be the next Makati City in the next 10 to 15 years. So having a property inside this business district as early as now is very advantageous to anyone, especially businessmen,” he said.
The construction of the two-tower residential condominium, which has 18 floors each, will be completed in December.
Loyola said some 80 percent or 28 units of the property’s 360 units are still available for sale.
The units, sold at a price range of from P6.5 million to P9 million, have floor plans of approximately 113 square meters.
Bonifacio Ridge, which stands on 7,600 square meters of prime land in the northwestern portion of Bonifacio Global City, is close to exclusive schools, office spaces, retail shops, restaurants and soon, a world-class hospital. It is five minutes away from Makati City.
Aside from Bonifacio Ridge, Alsi will also be marketing other ALI developments to Cebu buyers. These developments include Ayala Greenfield Estates and Ayala Westgrove Heights in Laguna, Ferndale Homes in Quezon City and One Legazpi Park in Makati.
